VOTE YES: The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice to Parliament

We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to take a collective step forward on reconciliation, and to materially improve the lives of Indigenous Australians.

Climate 00 supports The Voice to Parliament. Join us.

Polling shows that over 80% of First Nations People support constitutional recognition through the Voice. It was also a key request from the Uluru Statement from the Heart – the largest consultative process with First Nations people in Australian history.

To help the Yes vote we need to act quickly and decisively over this final sprint of the campaign.

Our dedicated Community Voice Fund is supporting dozens of local community groups across the country campaigning for ‘Yes’.

As an organisation that has a proven track record of supporting successful grassroots community campaigns, we have a unique skillset to contribute to the cause. We’re helping local community groups to undertake the persuasive conversations and actions needed to shift votes, like door knocking, street stalls, and distributing yard signs and ‘vote yes’ merchandise.

Climate 200 is turbocharging community campaign efforts through grants to:

  1. Scale-up volunteer activation
  2. Hold face-to-face community events
  3. Run strategic local communications campaigns
  4. Increase the circulation of merchandise and printed materials

Every dollar we receive through our website will go directly to local community groups to do on-the-ground voter persuasion — the most effective tool there is.

With the referendum fast approaching, now is the time to act. Every dollar sends a strong message that the community cares about a fairer future for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
