Young people will bear the brunt of the climate crisis. And yet, their voices are too often sidelined in decisions about their future.
This summer, some of Australia’s most inspiring young climate leaders are teaming up with Climate 200, dedicating their summer holidays to make an impact on the coming election. Together, they’ve launched the “Our Future Fund”.
Every dollar raised will support community independents and who will stand up to the fossil fuel lobby and fight for their generation’s future.
Climate 200 only accepts donations from Australian citizens, permanent residents and Australian companies. Climate 200 is required to disclose the name and address of any person or entity that makes donations above the $16,900 disclosure threshold in the financial year ending 30 June 2025.

Since 2019, we’ve helped 14 climate-focussed independents get elected to parliament.
We are very excited to support Climate 200 and strongly agree with their goals for action on climate, integrity, and diversity. After meeting the team at Climate 200, we know that they will make sure that every dollar donated is well-targeted and will make a real difference in getting more independent voices into Parliament.

We’re frustrated and embarrassed with the lack of meaningful action at the federal level in Australia to address the Climate Emergency. We strongly feel there is a need for more people in the federal government that have the integrity and the independence to act in the interests of future generations.
